Travel time and expenses are included in the price if traveling 15miles radius from IG11. If the event location is further than 15 miles, additional charges will apply, to cover travel time and expenses, depending on the event location. 

 

There is a £50 deposit required to secure the date. 

 

The photos are ready in 4-5 weeks’ time.

*Terms and Conditions > Deposit and upfront payments  

The Client’s booking deposit is non-refundable and due upon booking to secure their session date and time and becomes part of the final payment amount due. If a cancellation occurs on behalf of The Client, the deposit  will be made available for use to book in another session within 3 months of the cancellation date. This deposit may be applied to a new booking within these 3 consecutive months following the cancellation. This only applies to cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after 48 hours before the date of the session, or on the day of The Client’s scheduled appointment, will result in a loss of deposit and any upfront payments made. Deposit and upfront payments are only refundable if the session is cancelled by The Photographer and if a rescheduled session cannot be made.
