In regards of clothing I suggest neutral colour palette such as cream, beige, white,

dark orange, green, khaki, brown or grey.

I would highly recommend avoiding patterns, logos, or other writings on clothing.  
It always looks best if all family members have the same colour palette clothing.

It does not have to be the same, but matching together. 
There is a no shoes policy in our lovely studio, so please wear comfortable

socks (best white, cream, grey, beige colour) or you are welcome to be barefoot.
 

All Christmas minis galleries will be prepared by December 5th. 

Additional files can be bought for £15 per image. 

 

There is a £50* non refundable deposit required to secure the date. 

The amount due for the photography services is payable on a day of the photoshoot.
I would like to politely ask to be on time for your photoshoot. The days will be fully booked and if there is a delay in arrival there is a high possibility you will loose your slot. It is advisable to arrive 5-10min early. 

There will be my assistant meeting you on the day and showing you to our waiting area where I will meet you.

Deposit and upfront payments  

The Client’s booking deposit is non-refundable and due upon booking to secure your session date and time and becomes part of the final payment amount due. If a cancellation occurs on behalf of The Client, the deposit or nay upfront payments will be made available for use within 3 months of the cancellation date. This deposit and upfront payment may be applied to a new booking within these 3 consecutive months following the cancellation. This only applies to cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after 48 hours before the date of the session, or on the day of The Client’s scheduled appointment, will result in a loss of deposit and any upfront payments made. Deposit and upfront payments are only refundable if the session is cancelled by The Photographer and if a rescheduled session cannot be made.
