By booking your photoshoot and paying the deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Includes: 

 2 hours of continues lifestyle photography 

15 professionally edited and retouched digital images 
Family/siblings portraits 
Consultation to discuss the photoshoot, clothing, poses, to get the best results 

Travel time and costs are included in the price (London area)

In regards of clothing I suggest neutral colour palette such as cream, beige, white, dark orange, red, green, khaki, or grey. I would highly recommend avoiding patterns, logos, or other writings on clothing.  
It always looks best if all family members have the same colour palette clothing.

It does not have to be the same, but match together. 

If you decide to have the lifestyle photoshoot at your home (which is highly recommended)

Here are some tips to make your newborn photoshoot at home special:

Plan ahead: Take some time to think about what you want to capture and what type of photos you want.

Prepare your space: Clean and declutter the room you will be using for the photoshoot, and think about ways to make the space special (e.g. adding fresh flowers or special props).

Choose meaningful props: Incorporating special props such as a family heirloom or a special blanket

can add a personal touch to the photos.

Personalize the shoot: Consider incorporating special items such as baby's nursery or special

outfits that represent your family's style.

Create a relaxed atmosphere: Make sure the room is well-lit and warm, and play soft music or

white noise to create a relaxing environment for baby.

By following these tips, you can make your newborn photoshoot at home special and create beautiful, meaningful memories that you will treasure for years to come.

Please also make sure the baby is fed just before the photoshoot. There might be a need to feed the baby during the photoshoot - please do not worry about that and it is absolutely normal and happens almost all the time as feeding is simply one of the ways to keep the baby calm. 

 

2 weeks after the session I will prepare an online gallery with the best 50+ images

for you to choose from which final images to retouch. Gallery turnover time is 4 weeks. 

You can purchase additional files for £15 per image. 

 

There is a £65* deposit required to secure the date 

The amount due for the photography services is payable on a day of the photoshoot.

If you would like to book your newborn photoshoot and are not sure about the date

(as we never know when the little one will decide to come into this world)

it is best to email or call me to book a preliminary date two weeks after your due date.

Then closer to the time or when the baby is born - we can arrange the exact date.
